To James's family - you won't know me but I wanted to add my condolences for the loss of an amazing gentleman who I greatly admired and respected. I met him while I was working with BT and he willing freely gave his time and advice when we first set up an expert panel to improve services for older people and those with disabilities. I learnt a lot listening to his sound and practical advice, always delivered in that fantastic voice! Thank you, James.
