James was the first person I had met with a facial disfigurement so I knew he would understand how I felt when I first met him 25 years ago, he showed me how to embrace my face and gave me so many opportunities to do so when I became a media champion for Changing Faces. I can't thank him enough for all his support and hard work over those years. He has left a huge hole in many life's but also has left an imprint that will never be lost.
